Marked One

Forgotten gods haunt the large cities, granting powers to those who show potential to tip the scales of human endeavor for good or for ill. Accepting the gift of these eldritch beings leaves a permanent mark on the face or hand requiring effort to conceal their identity.

3rd Level: Supernatural Mark

You gain a number of mana points equal to your rogue level. You can spend these mana points to perform supernatural feats. You regain all expended mana points when you finish a long rest.

Some of your supernatural feats require your target to make a saving throw to resist the feature’s effects. The saving throw DC is calculated as follows:

Mark save DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier

You can choose two supernatural feats you can perform with your mana points. You gain an additional supernatural feat at 6th, 9th, 12th, and 15th levels. You can swap one supernatural feat out for another one you qualify for at the end of a long rest.

3rd Level: Blink

You can expend 2 mana points to cast misty step. At 5th level, you can instead expend 3 mana points to cast blink.

9th Level: Shadow Kill

When you use Blink to cast misty step and each time you reappear after using your Blink ability to cast blink, you have advantage on the next weapon attack you make before the end of the turn. If this attack kills the creature, their body instantly turns to dust and blows away.

13th Level: Blood Thirsty

When you hit a creature with a melee weapon, you regain temporary hit points equal to your proficiency bonus.

17th Level: Reflexes

When a creature is about to attack you, but before they roll to attack, you can use your reaction to make a single weapon attack against them with a weapon you are wielding. If your attack reduces the creature to 0 hit points, their attack automatically misses.
